Cancellation Policy
Walea operates by appointments only. Your appointment is reserved 100% for you. Please mark your calendar and keep track of your appointments. Walea will try its best to accommodate, but is not liable for missed, forgotten, or last minute changes to appointments.
Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee. Repeat occurrences may lead to a potential restriction on booking future appointments.
NAIL: $25 fee per hour of each booked service upon the time of cancellation/reschedule.
MASSAGE: 50% of the booked service will be automatically charged upon the time of cancellation/reschedule. All appointments require a credit card number.
Large Group Policy
A group whose services exceed a total of 5 servicing hours is subject to a $25 per hour deposit, credited on the day of your appointment.The deposit will not be refunded if a group cancels within 48 hours of the appointment.
