Cancellation Policy
Walea operates by appointments only. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee. Repeat occurrences may lead to a potential restriction on booking future appointments.
NAIL: $25 fee per hour of each booked service upon the time of cancellation/reschedule.
MASSAGE: 50% of the booked service will be automatically charged upon the time of cancellation/reschedule. All appointments require a credit card number.
TARDINESS: Tardiness of 15 minutes or more may result in a cancellation of service and a cancellation fee. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, so please mark your calendar and keep track of your appointments. Walea will do its best to accommodate you, but we are not liable for missed, forgotten, or last-minute changes to appointments. Even if we are able to accommodate you, a fee may still be charged for the time lost.
Large Group Policy
A group whose services exceed a total of 5 servicing hours is subject to a $25 per hour deposit, credited on the day of your appointment.The deposit will not be refunded if a group cancels within 48 hours of the appointment.
